Students will learn how to perform a safe and effective workout for total body fitness.
Students will evaluate their own physical fitness and set individual goals for improvement.
Students will demonstrate an understanding of basic scientific principles regarding cardiovasular endurance, strength, flexibility, and lean/fat body ratio by passing a written exam.
